RECEPTIONIST & HR ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Description

We are currently recruiting for a confident & professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to H&B Head Office in the Isle of Man. Please note a job share will be considered.

As well as greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner, you will be expected to manage telephone calls, stationary supplies, mail service, internal meeting rooms and travel arrangements, as well as HR administrative tasks. 

As with such an integral role in the company, all applicants will be expected to be:

  • a confident communicator, in both spoken and written word.
  • able to manage internal and external relationships across diverse client groups
  • calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
  • excellent organisation and problem solving skills
  • able to work under own initiative and prioritise work effectively
  • high degree of flexibility and willingness to help others in a team environment

The successful candiate will be educated to at least GCSE level with ideally, a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
