CORPORATE PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Description

This role is located at Head Office and forms part of the Finance Team, reporting to the Finance Director. 

The primary purpose of this role is to assist and provide administrative support to the Finance Director and H&B Board with all applicable corporate matters whilst maintaining a highly professional, well organised and timely manner.

Responsibilites include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Completion and co-ordination of all H&B Board associated paperwork and correspondance to the highest standard.
  • Planning & organising meetings and events
  • Distributing stakeholder correspondance accurately and within agreed deadlines
  • Diary management, including organising travel, accommodation and agendas
  • Collating financial reports as well as typing, proof reading & formatting documents
  • Conducting research as and when required
  • Preparing presentations, taking action notes and writing minutes
  • Managing and reviewing filing systems
  • Assisting with financial year end and associated tasks.

The succesful candiate will hold a high degree of personal integrity, discretion and respect for confidentiality, able to demostrate polished communication skills and excellent word processing and IT skills. The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly & concisely and still maintaining high standards during busy periods is essential.

Candidates are expected to have a recognised qualification within the UK Govt Education Framework Level 4,5,6, and a minimum of 2 - 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
